Dismantle & Remove : old cabinetry, flooring & appliances, sink & counter top

Patch, and repair walls as required

Painting – primer and 2 coats

Install new cabinets as per plan and discussion to date

Backsplash – supply & install tile

Floor – supply & install tile flooring ( floor heating not included)

Install light fixtures above cabinet lighting and undermount valence lighting

Supply and install white marble countertop

Install new Appliances

Sink – Install only

Sink Faucet – supplied and installed

Other : Remove house contents to storage pod to allow for hardwood floor refinishing and replace afterwards
